As it seems our world is steadfastly being taken over by bacon, with bits showing up in our ice cream, strips of it swaddling whole turkeys--even potato latkes are being smutted up with the swine. So I figured I may as well throw in my two cents (wrapped in bacon).  If you can appreciate the simple genius of a traditional jalapeno popper, then this version will blow your mind like a bedazzled pick-up truck.  Just have them already! Viva la revolucion!!!
