Every late afternoon, rush hour descends on Midtown. The west side in particular is mobbed with commuters walking to Penn Station or Times Square to get home.
Penn Station, located on 34th Street, connects to multiple subway lines. Commuters can also travel to New Jersey, Philadelphia and Boston by train. Times Square on 42nd Street is an equally busy subway stop. People can travel to many destinations in New Jersey, upstate New York and Rhode Island, via bus.
Seventh Avenue is probably the best place to view the rush hour mayhem. Don't get trampled by the stampede!Tags: Kitty, Portraits
